Sales Policy – All Items Sold “As-Is” (No Warranty)

At EncanRapide.ca and QuickAuction.ca, transparency is essential.
All auction items are sold as-is, with no warranty, no returns, and no refunds, as they come from returns, open-box, surplus, liquidation, or mixed lots.

Buyers may inspect their items at pickup before paying, ensuring a fair and honest buying process.

🔹 1. No Warranty

• All items are sold “as-is,” with no expressed or implied warranty.
• No coverage applies for defects, missing parts, damages, cosmetic issues, or performance.
• Once the item is paid for and leaves the warehouse, the sale is final.

🔹 2. Mandatory Inspection Before Payment

• You must inspect your lot on-site at pickup, before completing payment.
• After payment, all sales are final.

🔹 3. As-Is Product Conditions

Items may include:
– missing parts
– visible damage
– defects
– signs of use
– no packaging or damaged packaging
Certain categories (electronics, tools, appliances, accessories, etc.) may vary significantly in condition.

🔹 4. No Responsibility After Pickup

• Once the item leaves our warehouse, no claims will be accepted.
• Auction sales are final and non-refundable.

• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed
