Welcome to our rules and fees page. At EncanRapide.ca and QuickAuction.ca, our mission is to make your auction experience as simple, enjoyable, and transparent as possible.
Our rules are not meant to complicate the process — they exist to protect our customers, ensure smooth operations, and create a fair environment for everyone.


๐Ÿ”น 1. Registration & Participation

  • You must create a valid account before bidding.
  • By registering, you agree to our general terms, including payment and pick-up obligations.
  • Every winning bid creates a binding obligation to pay and collect your items.

We want your experience to be effortless: just a few clicks to bid, and everything is completed on-site — no stress, no unnecessary steps.


๐Ÿ”น 2. Payment

  • Payment is made in person at pick-up — no online payments required.
  • The total amount due includes: Winning bid + 10% management fee + taxes (+ 2% if paying by credit card)
  • Accepted payment methods: cash, debit, credit card (conditions apply), or Interac e-transfer.
  • For Interac e-transfers, payment must be confirmed before your departure with the purchased items. No item can leave the warehouse until payment is validated.
  • If you fail to pay or pick up your lot, it may be re-listed and a restocking fee of 15% of the total amount will be added to your next winning auction.

We value flexibility and trust on-site — but also accountability, ensuring each transaction is fair and secure.


๐Ÿ”น 3. Pick-Up & On-Site Inspection

  • Address: 622 Rue de la Sablière, Bois-des-Filion, Québec, J6Z 4T7
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Buyers have 7 business days after the auction ends to collect their items.
  • No extensions or extra time can be granted beyond this period to maintain smooth inventory flow and ensure quick service for all.
  • On-site inspection: If, upon pick-up, the item does not meet your expectations, we can cancel your lot at no charge, provided you are present on-site.
  • After this delay, unclaimed lots will be considered abandoned and may be re-listed.

These rules are designed to keep the process easy, efficient, and fair for everyone involved.

  • All items are sold “as-is,” unless otherwise stated in the listing.
  • Photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly between lots.
  • Buyers are responsible for reading product details and inspecting items before completing purchase.

  • We expect all clients to behave respectfully during visits, payments, and pick-ups.
  • Any abuse, fraud attempt, or unpaid order may result in account suspension and loss of bidding privileges.

๐Ÿ”น 6. Cancellations & Modifications

  • We reserve the right to remove, postpone, or modify any lot due to listing errors, product damage, or force majeure.
  • Affected bidders will be notified when applicable.
